Code of Conduct
Our events are about music, connection, and joy.
To keep them safe, inclusive, and fun for everyone, all attendees agree to the following:
1. Inclusiveness & Respect
Everyone is welcome regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, body type, age, or background.
Treat every person with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or hateful language will not be tolerated.
Respect personal space, culture, and self-expression.
2. Consent is Mandatory
Only yes means yes. Consent must be clear, informed, and enthusiastic — every time.
Respect verbal and non-verbal cues; if someone seems uncomfortable, stop immediately.
This applies to all interactions: physical contact, dancing, photography, and conversation.
3. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own behavior, safety, and belongings.
Party safely — look after yourself, stay hydrated, and know your limits.
Be mindful of the space and equipment. Leave the venue as you found it (or better).
4. Responsibility for Your Guests
If you invite someone, you are responsible for making sure they understand and follow this Code of Conduct.
Any breach by your guest may result in consequences for both of you.
5. Respect for the Space & Community
Follow all house rules and the instructions of event organizers.
No violence, theft, or destruction of property.
Keep noise levels outside the venue respectful to neighbours and the community.
6. Photography & Privacy
Always ask before taking photos or videos of people.
Respect “no photo” zones or any request to delete an image.
7. Substances & Safety
Know your limit, stay within it.
Reach out to an organizer at any sign of you or someone having a bad reaction.
Anyone severely intoxicated or endangering others may be removed.
8. Conflict & Reporting
If you feel unsafe, harassed, or witness a problem, speak to an organizer immediately.
We will take all reports seriously and respond promptly.
Organizers reserve the right to remove anyone for any reason if safety or comfort is at risk.
9. Consequences
Violating this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event, future bans, or involvement of authorities if necessary.
We are here to dance, connect, and celebrate music. By attending, you agree to honour these guidelines and help us create a space where everyone can feel safe, included, and free.
